What happens once you reach out to your agent with an issue, or have purchased a new service? 

Once you reach out to your agent with an issue or a new service has been initiated, the process is fairly simple.

  1. Your agent receives your request.
  2. Your agent will respond asking for any relevant documentation or information needed to proceed.
  3. Once the documentation and information is received, you will get confirmation from your agent and they will begin working on having the task completed.
  4. Based on complexity and urgency, our typical turnaround time is 48-72 hours.
  5. Your agent will email you and upload anything created to your Drive Folder.
  6. If communication with other parties is required for your service, updates will be provided accordingly.

If any changes or adjustments are needed once your agent has completed the requested work, please let them know as soon as possible so they can update the work for you accordingly.
